What happens to the details you send me, in plain English.

Who I am

The Spray Foam Report is run by Ian Anderson, a sole trader based in Connah’s Quay, Flintshire. If you have a question about your data, email [email protected].

What I collect

What you put in the enquiry form or an email: usually your name, email, phone number, postcode, details about your property and lender, and any photos you send.

What I do with it

  • Reply to you.
  • With your go-ahead, pass your details to removal firms or assessors that cover your area, so they can quote you.

I never sell your details, and I never pass them to a firm without your agreement.

The legal basis

Your consent, which you give when you send the form, and my legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you’ve made.

How long I keep it

Up to 12 months after your last message, then I delete it. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will.

Who else handles it

The website host (Krystal, UK), the email services that deliver the form to me, and any firm you’ve agreed I can pass your details to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
